Northampton, MA – Brendan J. Flynn, 64, of Northampton Massachusetts passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 30th, 2026.
Brendan was born in Boston Massachusetts, son of the late John R. and Margaret (Wallace) Flynn.
He graduated from Hudson Catholic High School Class of 1980 and attended Fisher College. He began his career as a delivery driver advancing to sales manager for Coca Cola of Greenfield, MA. He spent the last 15 years of his career with Western Mass Rendering Company in Southwick, MA.
He carried his Irish heritage in his heart, sharing it through the music he loved and the films that tell its history. He loved theater, music, classic movies, and annual vacations to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
Brendan leaves behind his loving wife Mary Ellen (Kayser) Flynn and his two sisters; Doreen M. Rillahan and her husband Brian of Laconia New Hampshire, and Margaret E. Flynn and her partner Marc Sheridan of Medford Massachusetts. He was predeceased by his brother Brian J. Flynn. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him, especially his family.
Calling Hours will take place on Thursday, May 7 from 9 – 11 AM at the Czelusniak Funeral Home in Northampton, MA. Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
