MassHire Franklin Hampshire Career Center is holding a virtual job fair Monday from 10:30 a.m. to noon for the general public and from 10 a.m. to noon for veterans.
Some three dozen employers will be looking for people to fill a variety of roles at the live job fair. Participants will have the chance to chat live with recruiters, view the jobs they are looking to fill, submit resumes and more.

FLORENCE โ Florence Bank has promoted Alicia Valentine of Hampden to the position of assistant vice president/cash management relationship officer.
Valentine brings 15 years of banking knowledge to her new position. In this role, she will provide support to the bankโs commercial customers by using her in-depth knowledge of cash management products and services while proactively developing existing relationships and new business opportunities.
During her tenure at the bank, Valentine has been the recipient of the Presidentโs Award, which is given to employees who demonstrate superior levels of performance, customer service and overall contribution to the bank. Valentine holds a bachelorโs degree in business management from Assumption College.
EASTHAMPTON โ bankESB recently announced the promotion of Tiffany Raines to vice president, branch officer of its Sargeant Street office in Holyoke.
Raines, of Belchertown, joined bankESB in 2018 as assistant vice president, branch officer in Holyoke. In addition to her promotion to vice president, she also recently assumed responsibility as a retail sales coordinator for several of the bankโs western Massachusetts offices and serves as a member of bankESBโs Community Reinvestment Act Committee.
Raines has more than 20 years of retail banking experience, much of it with PeoplesBank, including 10 years as branch manager of its West Springfield, Amherst, and East Longmeadow offices, as well as one of its Holyoke offices.
GREENFIELD โ Cohn & Company has welcomed two real estate agents to its brokerage: Birgitta Johnson and William Sherr.
Johnson is a newly licensed agent in Massachusetts and is local to the Franklin County area. She brings years of experience in property management and hospitality.
Sherr joins Cohn after transferring from a brokerage in Northampton. He will continue to serve the Hampshire County area with his many years of experience.
SPRINGFIELD โ Tyler Seabury of Amhrst is one of five new employees at Market Mentors, a marketing, advertising and public relations agency.
Seabury joined the company as a website developer. In his current role, he builds quality full-stack web applications, designs and implements user interface, conducts research and analysis of existing and emerging web technologies, creates and manages code libraries and more. Seabury also contributes to our design services as a portrait photographer.

Employers such as Big Y have no knowledge of which employees are polled nor do they have the ability to influence the results in any way. According to Forbes, employees are asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family.
