UMass basketball: Minutemen’s home, away Atlantic 10 opponents announced for 2024-25 season

On Wednesday afternoon, the Atlantic 10 Conference released its 2024-25 men’s basketball opponent pairings. This season, which will be UMass’ last in the A-10, will again going to be an 18-game league slate for all 15 teams.

For the Minutemen, their home schedule includes games against Davidson, Dayton, Loyola Chicago, Richmond, Saint Louis, George Washington, La Salle, Rhode Island, St. Bonaventure as well as road games against Duquesne, Fordham, George Mason, Saint Joseph’s, VCU, George Washington, La Salle, Rhode Island, St. Bonaventure. UMass will play the Revolutionaries, Explorers, Rams and Bonnies twice, just as it did last season.

A full version of the schedule with finalized dates, times and television info will be announced at a later date. Each team is to play every team in the league once and will compete against four teams twice. The A-10 tournament is back in Washington, D.C. at Capital One Arena after being held in Brooklyn, N.Y. the past two years.
