Four break-ins in Northampton

NORTHAMPTON — Police are investigating four recent break-ins at local businesses.

Two were at Florence Pie Bar, 17 Main St. in Florence. Police said the first incident happened overnight Sunday. There were signs of a forced entry and an undisclosed amount of cash was taken, police said. The facts were similar in Monday’s break-in, police said. Both incidents are still under investigation.

Two break-ins were reported overnight Monday and early morning Tuesday off King Street.

At Goodwill, 971 Bridge Road, someone caused damage to the interior doors, police said, but it appeared that nothing was taken. At King Street Liquors, 166 King St., an undisclosed amount of cash was taken, police said.
