Paige Marjanski flashed her all-around athleticism, winning three events as the South Hadley girls track and field team topped Frontier Regional, 89-56, Thursday in South Deerfield.
Marjanski leapt 16 feet, 2½ inches to win the long jump and cleared 33-7 to win the triple jump. Marjanski also won the 200-meter dash in 28.4 seconds.
Jocelyne Rondeau topped the pole vault (7-0) and 2-mile run (13:55.4) for the Tigers (1-0, 1-0 Suburban).
Ivy Shattuck captured the discus title (83-11) and Reilly Isler won the javelin (95-4) for the Red Hawks (0-1, 0-1).
West Springfield 14, Granby 1 — Mitch L’Abbee scored in the third quarter. Nate Loughman stopped six shots for the Rams (0-1).
